the location was perfect, close to santa maria maggiore church. the room was very clean, i find everything was tidy. the host were super nice, they help us with our luggages. i am thankful for they help.
the room i had was smaller than i expect it. the corridor, i think it was noisy because next door is very close. there weren't a lift in the building, that was not great. i wish there was a lift.

I found spacious and well-furnished bedrooms. The hosts were available and responsive to all questions. The location is close to the train station. It is really easy to get around. I totally recommend it!

Staff offered assistance with luggage. This was beneficial as there is no elevator. The staff were helpful in printing out boarding passes. I found the owner carrying cases up and down the stairs!

the room had a coffee machine and a fridge. i liked that the sheets and towels weren't changed daily (less waste!). the hotel provided a map with recommendations for local spots (very useful).
the corridor was a bit noisy because the next door room was very close.
