perfect location nice host clean room small room noisy corridor missing lift

the location was perfect, close to santa maria maggiore church. the room was very clean, i find everything was tidy. the host were super nice, they help us with our luggages. i am thankful for they help.

the room i had was smaller than i expect it. the corridor, i think it was noisy because next door is very close. there weren't a lift in the building, that was not great. i wish there was a lift.

spacious bedroom responsive host train station

I found spacious and well-furnished bedrooms. The hosts were available and responsive to all questions. The location is close to the train station. It is really easy to get around. I totally recommend it!

Staff offered assistance with luggage. This was beneficial as there is no elevator. The staff were helpful in printing out boarding passes. I found the owner carrying cases up and down the stairs!

The room had fresh air, good ventilation, and comfortable beds. The room decoration seemed very nice and the room had a warm vibe. Everything felt very clean! I appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

the room had a coffee machine and a fridge. i liked that the sheets and towels weren't changed daily (less waste!). the hotel provided a map with recommendations for local spots (very useful).

the corridor was a bit noisy because the next door room was very close.

helpful staff convenient location personalized recommendations

i really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff with luggage (especially since there is no lift). the location near the train station proved convenient for travel. the provided map featured personalized recommendations, a very nice touch.
